EXCELLENT Based on 198 reviews Posted on M RTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Renovated hotel on Anna Maria Island. We stayed in a one bedroom on the first floor. Parking is in front of the door. Large living room and kitchen. Small bathroom. Our unit was L shaped and our bedroom was behind the next door units living room. The walls were thin enough to hear their tv. Our neighbors were quiet at night, but this could be a problem. The unit is across the street from the beach. The beach is open with no buildings in that section. There are nice beach chairs provided at the walkway you can put on the beach where you like. They also provide beach towels in the unit. Very nice garden area on the bay side. They have a Mr Coffee maker with coffee filters. The staff is friendly and helpful. They keep the property in great condition. Watch the sunrise on the bay in the morning and sunset at night on the beach all from the same hotel.Posted on Tim ATrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great location and clean modern unitsPosted on Dave WishartTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a small resort. Only 2 stories high and about 50 units on the property. What it lacks in sophistication and fancy amenities, it more than makes up with it's proximity to beautiful beaches, a great bay and some really nice restaurants close by. The units are functional, clean and comfortable. They have great Wi-Fi, and everything that 2 or 3 people will need for a great vacation any time of the year.Posted on Martin Dean WalkerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Water on the opposite side, you can watch the sun come up. Plenty of boats to watch as well, I even saw a dolphin. THE MOSQUITOES ARE RELENTLESS!!! Bring repellent!!! Not even kidding, I wish someone had told me about that part. Live and learn nearly 30 bites later. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Nice pool. Lots of seating in public areas. Well equipped kitchen and grills available out back. Clean common areas. Nothing fancy, however it's comfortable.Posted on Kenneth DeragonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It's a time share we own, love the location and beach ⛱️.
